Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup milled flax
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Method
Place oatmeal, flax, chocolate chips, chia seeds and hemp hearts in a bowl and mix well.
Add vanilla, honey and coconut oil and stir until mixture starts to stick together.
Roll mixture in to 2x2cm balls.
Place bites in a container making sure they don't overlap and stick together.
Freeze the bites and pull them out as needed for snacking!
