Mango Lassi
This version skips the added sugar and mango pulp and is perfect for breakfast, a snack or as an accompaniment to your Indian feast.

Ingredients
1 cup plain keffir (use greek yogurt or a mix for a thicker consistency)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1 1/2 cup mango chunks` (fresh or frozen)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Nutmeg (to taste)
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
