Plum Spice Overnight Oats

Serves 2
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp brown sugar
Ingredients
1 cup large oat flakes
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (I use the unsweetened vanilla)
2/3 cup greek yogurt
1 ripe plum, finely chopped
Method
In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, plum, hemp, chia, walnuts, honey and nutmeg and mix well.
Leave in fridge for at least 30 minutes (or overnight), sprinkle with brown sugar and enjoy!
